Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TheNeedHub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are not applicable for items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
